You will receive an email confirmation once you place your order with your order number letting you know we are on  it! If you have entered any information incorrectly please email us at hello@tribe23.com as soon as possible and we will try to correct it if the order has not shipped!

ORDER SHIPPING AND TRACKING

Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Once your order is shipped you will receive an email   with your USPS tracking number. Please track your order with the tracking number provided.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Tribe23 is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please let us know if you do not receive your package and we will contact USPS to track the package however we are not liable for any lost or stolen packages.
